Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnover cleans between residents
• Complete new construction and post-construction cleaning projects
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Remove trash and debris from units and job sites
• Clean windows, fixtures, appliances, cabinets, and baseboards
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Take before-and-after photos when required
• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check when required by clients
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Smartphone capable of receiving job information and submitting photos

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential, apartment, hotel, janitorial, or construction cleaning experience
• Experience with apartment turns or move-out cleaning
• Experience with post-construction cleaning

Position Details:

• Part-time (10–15 hours per week)

• Flexible remote schedule

• Occasional evening availability for emergencies

• Walk around the home to look for any damages. If so, please report to site manager. 
• Clean soffits and porch ceilings of any red dirt or black streak marks.
•  Remove dirt and mortar from around window panes. 
• Remove red dirt from the brick around the bottom of the home. 
• Surface clean all concrete surfaces including the street curb and garage floor. 
• When the job is complete, inspect the property for anything that may have been missed and any tools left behind.

Pressure Washing Crew Member Desired Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs, and walk on your feet for a long period of time. 
• Polite disposition.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

New Employees will receive paid training.
